I know it has been FOREVER since I posted anything. This last week or two has been a little on the crazy side. One assignment after another and a paper due almost everyday on something. Things are settling down though............knock on wood!
It has been so long since I have enjoyed reading a book that does not involve school or really had a good quiet time. I am always thinking about what I need to get done. That is the life of a student though.
Here are some things I am working on in my classes....give me your thoughts.
I have 2 papers due on March the 7th.
My English paper is a concept paper, where I have to explain the process of somthing or a system. At first I was going to do the welfare system and gov't, but then I thought that may be a lot of work...so now I am going to do sex education in public schools.
It is something I am kind of excited about researching. I know in South Carolina that they complelty took it out in exchange for teaching obstaining and there are some really amazing results.
My psychology class, the assignment is to write about something that changed the course of your life. My first thought was Jesus :)(sigh) But then I thought maybe try to keep this "surfacey" so now I think I am going to write about becoming a teacher. I can talk about the teachers I had at early age and so on.
So that is my life right now.......blah blah blah............

ReplyDeleteI like the idea of a paper on becoming a teacher. It does keep things surfacy, if that's what you're going for. Should be pretty easy to pull off. As for a paper on a system, glad it's YOU and not ME! I'd do one on potty training or sleep training. Haha! Not that i'm so great at either one!! =) Or, maybe the process of teaching a kid to read.... Glad you finally posted again!
